NJBIZ to honor 2025 Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design (updated)

The NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design Awards celebrate individuals and companies changing New Jersey’s commercial real estate landscape through development, design, construction, project management and more.
The program celebrates both individuals and companies in categories including architecture, engineering, interior design, commercial real estate, project/construction management, commercial property development and general contractor, subcontractor, law and environmental.
And now in its second year, the Top Projects awards look back at the work that’s been accomplished in the state and recognize how these plans and projects remade the landmarks of the past or established the landmarks of the future. Projects include private, public, transportation & infrastructure and renovation.
We are honoring the owner of the Top Projects along with those who made the work possible, such as the general contractor, subcontractors, attorneys, architects, engineers and others.
Nominations for both programs were submitted through an open process and then evaluated by an independent panel of judges to determine the honorees.

While the Leaders in Real Estate program is in its fifth year, this is only the second year NJBIZ has honored award recipients in an in-person ceremony.
NJBIZ invites you to celebrate these individuals and firms during an awards program June 10 at The Marigold in Somerset. You may register to attend the ceremony on the event page. Ticket sales close June 3.
This year’s presenting sponsor is Provident Bank, which it has been since the program’s launch.
Honorees will also be recognized in a special section of NJBIZ.
Congratulations to the 2025 NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design!
