NJBIZ reveals 2024 Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design honorees
Listen to this article

The NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design Awards celebrate individuals and companies changing New Jersey’s commercial real estate landscape through development, design, construction, project management and more.

Nominations were submitted through an open process and then evaluated by an independent panel of judges to determine the honorees.

Now in its fourth year, this program added several exciting features for 2024, including – for the first time – an in-person award ceremony.

In addition to this program’s traditional award categories (Architecture, Engineering, Commercial Real Estate, Project/Construction Management, Commercial Property Development and General Contractor), for 2024 we’ve added:

  • Real Estate Attorneys
  • Law Firms
  • Environmental Firms
  • Top Projects

More about Top Projects

This new category looks back at the excellent work that’s happened in the state, and marvels at how these plans and projects remade the landmarks of the past or established the landmarks of the future. Projects include Private, Public, Transportation & Infrastructure, and Renovation.

We are honoring the owner of the Top Projects along with those who made the work possible, such as the general contractor, subcontractors, attorneys, architects, engineers and others.

NJBIZ invites you to celebrate these individuals and firms during an awards program June 5 from 8-10:30 a.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Somerset. You may register to attend the ceremony on the event page. Early-bird prices are available through May 12, and tickets sales close May 28.

This year’s presenting sponsor is Provident Bank, which it has been since the program’s launch.

Honorees will also be recognized in a special section of NJBIZ.

Congratulations to the 2024 NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design!
