Find mountain modern pieces at Granby’s new furniture store

Those who shop for furniture and decor at Mountain Valley Furniture Store in Granby might get to meet the store’s furry mascot, a chocolate lab puppy named Milo.

Grand County resident Kevin Flanagan opened the store in late February. Customers can find high-quality and unique pieces, including handcrafted, decorative items and art. His partner, Tiffany Lenherr, helps out in the store, as well.

The store includes beds, couches and tables, paintings, geodes and even jewelry.

Mountain Valley offers a wide selection for different budgets, according to Flanagan. There are upscale pieces with a mountain ambiance, perfect for furnishing a vacation rental or second home. And there are affordable pieces for families or first-time homeowners to add a stylish touch to their living spaces.

Just in time for spring, the store has gotten in patio furniture. The shop is an Ashley Furniture retailer and provides delivery throughout Grand County.
